The ECHO 9’0" #7 was designed with several types of fishing in mind. As a heavier fresh water rod it can easily deal with the toughest big rainbows, and light steelhead. As a saltwater rod it can handle the sinking lines used for schoolie stripers, on the flats it makes a great lighter bonefish rod and up here on the Baltic it makes an ideal sea trout weapon. It also handles the heavy crab flies for permit and monster bones.
